Why a service program?
Building RTU heating and cooling inspections for owners

Your heating system may be hidden away on the roof of your building and you may never have seen it.

It is typically forgotten until that day when the calls come to you repeatedly that it is cold in this office and those at their desks can no longer feel their toes.

If you are not working with a good HVAC or Mechanical Contractor, you do a search on the web and start making phone calls.

Now you have settled on a Service Provider.  After scheduling you greet them upon arrival and explain that the equipment is on the roof but that is all you know.

The specialist is there to provide a service for you.

They will determine the nature of the faults or failures; if they are good, they will communicate the issues well enough for you to understand it.

The repair may or may not be corrected without locating and obtaining materials that will allow the equipment to function again.

If you are lucky enough to have found a good Service Provider, they will also prepare recommendations to bring your equipment up to 100 percent operating condition.

This may be cleaning, replacing worn parts or recommending equipment replacement if it is past the tipping point in pricing between repair and replace.

The Service Provider, if they are good, will also recommend a service program that may have saved you this headache in the first place.

This is an image of a condenser fan blade that had been cracked for a long time. When it came apart, it destroyed a coil that eliminated 50 percent of the cooling at a surgical center. This cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair and for temporary cooling. Imagine if a good service program had been in place and this could have been corrected prior to failure.

We at CLAAD MECHANICAL LLC have built our business relationships on old fashioned service that minimizes our clients heating and cooling problems.

If you would like to discuss our program for your properties please pick the phone up and call, we will be happy to assist you in developing a service program.
